What It Is

What is the Reaper Call?
The Reaper Call is a friction-style turkey call designed to be operated with a separate striker. The striker is worked across the call's playing surface to produce turkey vocalizations.
What comes with the Reaper Call?
The Reaper Call is paired with a striker for operating the friction surface.
Does the Reaper Call use a separate striker?
Yes. The Reaper Call is operated using a separate handheld striker.
What is inside the call?
The call uses a pot-style construction with an internal resonant cavity and sound board. The playing surface sits above the internal cavity.
Does the Reaper Call have sound ports?
Yes. The call body incorporates acoustic ports around the exterior of the pot.

How It Runs

How do I use the Reaper Call?
Hold the call securely and work the striker across the playing surface. Changes in striker movement, pressure, speed, and positioning allow the caller to produce different sounds and tones.
Can I use different calling techniques with it?
Yes. Because it is a friction call, the sound produced is affected by how the striker is worked across the playing surface, including changes in pressure, speed, stroke, and contact position.

The Etched Face

What makes the playing surface different?
The playing surface incorporates a laser-etched geometric pattern. The etched pattern creates a textured functional surface for interaction with the striker.
Is the pattern on the call just decorative?
No. The geometric pattern is incorporated into the call's functional playing surface rather than being solely decorative.
Can I customize or tune the call?
The playing surface can be customized to help dial in the call. However, the call does not have an adjustable plate or mechanical plate-adjustment mechanism.
Is the Reaper logo part of the playing surface?
Yes. The Reaper branding is incorporated into the face of the call along with the functional etched surface.

Order To Doorstep

How long is the build time?
Please allow 3–7 business days for your call to be hand-finished, tuned, and inspected before it ships. Custom plate selections (titanium, crystal, carbon fiber, etc.) may add additional build time.
How long is the shipping time?
Once your order ships, standard delivery within the continental USA typically takes 3–5 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is generally 6–12 business days, though times may vary during peak hunting season (spring turkey season sees higher order volume).
Do you offer free shipping?
All Reaper Calls orders ship free within the United States. No minimums, no fine print.
